A small practice, kept small so the attention is real.
I work with a limited number of founders at a time. The work is not advice on demand. It is a steady relationship with someone who knows the terrain you are in and will say the thing your team cannot.
This is the moment most founders who attempt the transition alone turn back.
I
Position
We start with the Founder's Map and a long first conversation. Before anything changes, we name the stage you are standing in and what it actually asks of you.
II
Monthly sessions
Ninety minutes, once a month. The agenda is whatever is loudest: the hire you keep postponing, the strategy that has drifted, the version of yourself the company has outgrown.
III
The line between
A standing line for the decisions that will not wait for the calendar. Short, direct, no ceremony.
IV
The review
Twice a year we step back and read the whole climb: what the last six months cost, what they built, and which stage is coming next.
- You run a company between one and twenty million in revenue
- You have a team that watches how you decide
- The problem in front of you is judgment, not information
- You want to be told the truth more than you want to be reassured
- You are pre revenue and looking for a co-founder
- You want a consultant to run the work for you
- You are shopping for a framework to install by Friday
- You want a coach who agrees with you
Tell me about the company and the stage.
A few honest lines is enough. If the fit is there, we book the first conversation. If it is not, I will point you at the part of the work that is closer to what you need.
